This response should be stickied because it seems to be the only one that 100% reflects the facts on the ground

Although from what I have read it doesn't work like that. It appears the objections are made, it tskes only 1 senator and one rep to contest all electors. if after all the non-objected electors do not reach 270, there is a single separate session of the 50 house reps and 50 senators. When they reconvene and 270 electors are not accepted, the 50 house reps choose president and the 50 senators choose the VP. When this happened before it was all done in one day.

Doesnt the house have to vote, with a majority of congress and a majority of the senate upholding the objection

Nope, definitely wrong on the facts. Pence can absolutely choose which electors to count.

It’s an interesting legal question. If there is enough fraud to warrant concern - does the Constitution force the VP to accept the results?

I’m not sure. This has never really happened before, and would be open to interpretation.

That said, interpretation needs time. Hold the ball long enough, and you trigger a contingent election.

It has also been noted that the constitution does not clearly state what should be done with fraudulent votes, it is indeed up to interpretation and needs the election fraud to be hammered in left and right like it is now all the way up until the 6th. For all we know the SCOTUS actually does something in the meantime, we don't know as of this point.

Doesn't matter what the status of the electors is, it is completely up to the VP to count them or not. His discression.

This sounds very pathetic. For fucks sake, this is a communist coup, and the tactic is to stretch the time, relying on a high number of GOP cucks? Do you think, the people who don't give a shit about the constitution or the law, will abide by the rules?

It is 2A time. Nothing less than a new country-wide election is acceptable. But this time without the same corrupt clowns who committed the election fraud. Without the Covid bullshit.

Let's see the vote results without election fraud, how about that?

This should definitely happen. We have no idea if any of these representatives were legitimately elected. Confidence in the democratic process must be restored.

You are completely wrong. It absolutely will "work" because it is 100% LEGAL. The VP is the only one who chooses which votes to count or not count. Period. There is precedence and it is according to the Constitution. Running out the clock will NOT work. You can't just fillabuster this vote. Relying on the Republicans for a contingent election win will also not work.

Election of 1800. Jefferson makes HIMSELF president by choosing to count Georgia's votes, despite them being potentially fraudulent.
