Yep, but it also does indeed discuss the role of the SCOTUS. It was meant to be the weakest "branch", so to speak. Our founders envisioned state courts dealing with most issues. SCOTUS was never meant to deal with 90% of the stuff they deal with now.

Once we manage to get rid of the leftists it will be time to get congress actually writing legislation again instead of corporations. And definitely well beyond time to rein in the damned SCOTUS and get them back to only doing what they are supposed to do.
Now whether we can actually get our legislature to live up to their oath of office and abide by the Constitution is an entirely separate matter.
