There is NO mention of the Courts being branch or "Equal Power" in the Constitution... Yep, but it also does indeed discuss the role of the SCOTUS. It was meant to be the weakest "branch", so to speak. Our founders envisioned state courts dealing with most issues. SCOTUS was never meant to deal with 90% of the stuff they deal with now.

Your right... That's why Jefferson was/did not want the courts to be in a position of power or an "Equal Branch"... Did you watch the video?
