Jan 6th is not the date to willingly become a felon. Keep in mind the DC mayor hates conservatives to her core, and they WILL do everything they can to make your life miserable. Do not underestimate their resolve.

Having said that, if you decide to take your rifle and protest peacefully, you have my best wishes.

You just don’t get it, do you? I willing to bet you’ve not spent one day in the military. No worries my friend, someone else has already paid for your freedom and will be doing it again on the 6th of January.

This IS NOT a high school rally or even a damn protest. This is absolutely the last chance at a PEACEFUL RESOLUTION. This stopped being about the election on the 4th of November. This is about us saving our fucking Republic. If you can’t handle that, STAY THE FUCK HOME.

If we can’t convince them how serious we are on the 6th of January, it’s game the fuck on. WE ARE TRYING TO SAVE OUR REPUBLIC WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF CASUALTIES........SO STFU

Well, good luck with finding an attorney tough guy. Since Washington D.C. is EXCLUSIVE Federal jurisdiction, should you illegally bring in a firearm or ammunition for firearms to the district, you're gonna end up spending the next few years there most likely.

Yeehaw, but what do I know right? As you stated, I'm just some scrub...

Silly me thinking 21 years, 12 days of Federal Law enforcement experience as a United States Military Police Officer would give me grounds to speak on such a topic.

Sorry but you honestly sound like you need to lift some weights and take a breath before you head to the Capitol. Hotheads bringing guns will end up getting themselves arrested and spend the next 20 years in a federal penitentiary.

There is the Law of Armed Conflict (you should know that if you did 25 years in the coast guard or whatever) and the fact you cannot seem to understand that DC is EXCLUSIVE FEDERAL Jurisdiction and the Capitol Police are FEDERAL officers... get smart before you get yourself or someone else arrested.

So what else? They let ANTIFA/BLM carry guns there.

RageBringer [S] 1 point ago +3 / -2

no they dont stop telling everyone to come armed and bring guns, you seem like an FBI shill to me

2
LibertarianWalkz 2 points ago +2 / -0

I wouldn't be here if I was an FBI shill, calm down.

I'm just saying, it's not illegal to defend yourself if your opponent is bringing weapons, and there's other posts saying the same thing.

Read the link, read the law. DC is FED exclusively FED Jurisdiction. I was a FED police officer for 21 years. If you transport a firearm into DC, or even AMMUNITION, and you are caught you will be sent to jail and can serve up to 10 years and $25,000 fine. There is no need to bring a gun unless you want to get free shitty meals in a federal penitentiary

We are NOT a standing army, we are not a state militia and we were certainly NEVER ASKED TO FORM into one by the GEOTUS! We were only told "Protest in DC Jan 6th, it will be wild!"

There is no mistaking that message to one of BRING YER FUCKIN BLASTERS BOYS WE GONNA LIGHT THAT SHIT UP!

The U.S. Constitution recognized that certain universal rights cannot be taken away by legislation, as they are beyond the control of a government, being naturally given to every individual at birth, and that these rights are retained throughout life. To explore this concept, consider the following inalienable rights definition. There is not a specific list of rights that are considered inalienable in the Constitution. The Declaration of Independence gives three examples of inalienable rights, in the well-known phrase, “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. All 3 of these are at stake here.

Well, don't say you were not warned. DC Police are FEDERAL officers, you are making the biggest mistakes of your soon to be miserable lives in prison should you go Rambo up there.

I don’t disagree but isn’t the standing army the cops enforcing gun control? Just saying.
