If Trump asked them to keep quiet, they would. Publicly criticizing WH team members may be an attempt to get staff who aren’t fully onboard to get inline. We don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes, but it doesn’t seem like Trump is discouraging any of them from speaking to the public.

In my opinion he has a certain set of facts that to me are likely true. However, in trying to interpret the facts he has he takes leaps beyond what he knows/can prove. This is why I'm skeptical of him. Also, he ran a multi million dollar company and doing so requires attention to detail, yet I've yet to see any email or text or phone record or any other cooberating evidence.
