If I read it right it also includes $300 / week for those suffering from layoffs. That could explain some of the rest of the money.

Unemployment, as best I understand, which I suppose aint saying much.

Thing is, it's only for folks who qualify, meaning those of us who have been out of work the whole year are SOL. I'm out in the middle of nowhere, so I've been looking online for work. I've got nothing but offers from scammers looking for marks, and one job that was conditional on me granting them complete and unfettered access to all of my Google accounts. Suffice it to say that I'd much rather this farce end and be allowed to get back to work than anything else, even as rough as things have been.
