If the machines have evidence, surely it's been wiped by now. These machines would've had to have been impounded within days of the election for them to be of any use.

The signatures are only on the ballot envelopes which are separated from the ballots. If you compared the envelope signature to the one on file and it didn't match, how would you know what that person voted for?

I hope this isn't a serious approach that Trump is actually counting on. Maybe if I was nine, I'd think it mattered. Maybe it was just something to throw out to the people watching TV to signal that he's still working on revealing voter fraud without revealing how he's really going to do it.

If this interview at been on December 7th, it would've made sense. But for it to have occurred today, Dec 20th, it's depressing as hell.

That would actually make sense. They already think he's stupid, so saying he's pursuing this would be totally believed by them.

They always underestimate his intelligence. That gives him a great advantage.

Either the people, or some actual, better plan that Trump has but can't reveal on a TV show. I sure hope he has something better than what he said in this interview. If nothing else, maybe the new filing today in the Supreme Court, which technically, is an easy win. All the legal power of the Texas suit, but this time with standing that can't be denied.

Probably, but then if they rule as the constitution demands, it will just do more harm to our country of the sort that Roberts is alleged to fear.

He should have used executive powers to do it unilaterally on November 11th. You don’t ask for permission to impound machines. A leader orders them impounded by law enforcement agencies he controls on national security grounds or sends in the seals to seize the machines on national security grounds. You don’t wait for a month to file lawsuits asking for permission. This really is poor leadership and his team has been atrocious.

Exactly. That's what concerns me. And I wonder if it's the result of his continual bad advice from his unsupportive but inner circle of advisors who are just itching for a President Biden.

Okay. So I'm too dumb to realize that the Dems wouldn't even think of wiping those machines, despite court cases that have already popped up about that topic and machines were wiped.

And I'm too dumb to realize that Trump has a magical way of pairing up envelopes (that in some cases don't even exist anymore) with the contents that were once upon a time inside the envelopes, even though there is nothing written on them or any way, by law, to determine who they belonged to.

Yep. That's the answer. I'm just a dummy.

Great argument you have there. Good thing you're so quick on the draw. We'll just wait for the magic and the time machines now.
