The plan for how to handle the alternate elector slates is being made right now, and will certainly have been decided even by the 5th.

Lets say the march peaks at 1pm, the Senate may already be done by then.

If the situation were reversed, and leftists were fighting for their political life, I would be laughing so hard that they aren't getting to do anything about it until the LAST POSSIBLE HOUR instead of 3 weeks beforehand.

Remember Trump said there are only a few politicians whom he still is trying to persuade to get on his side concerning the election, since he obviously won it. It might have something to do with that.

We fight when we have to, not before.

We absolutely have to exhaust every legal avenue before any action is taken.

Recall there are no alternate electors that will be considered by Congress since Congress only looks at electors certified by the governors or legislatures. On the 6th only way to reject the electors is for both houses of Congress to vote for that

count could take days. there can be up to 2 hours of debate for each state that that has 1 set of electors that a rep/sen challenge, or for any state with 2 sets of electors.

it took a while to produce proof and a legal strategy. but no one no courts no governors no secretaries of state want to hear proof so this is the only remaining option.
