I'd say watch his last few specials. I wouldn't go so far to say he was a full Commie, but he definitely hated Republicans and a lot of conservatives. I still love him for waking me up though.

Republican politicians or just the people? Because there's a yuge difference.

He disliked hypocrisy, didn't matter if you were conservative or not. That's why he's a legend, he called out both sides on their bullshit and was largely right.

"It's called the American Dream because you have to be asleep to believe it." That's a straight down the middle call for everyone to wake the hell up.

I’d be interested to see where Carlin would fall nowadays if he was still alive. He had a severe case of Bush Derangement Syndrome, so would he be on the “orange man bad” train? But he was also highly critical of politically correct language, thought policing and the protocol-SJW movement in the 90s - 00s, so would he be on the side of the right in the culture war? Would he have gotten ‘canceled’ for some of his old material (“Rape Can Be Funny”, his “every ethnic slur ever” monologue, etc)? Or would he be on Twitter apologizing for said routines?

Of course he would have TDS.

Hating the Bush family is no vice.

I take it you've never watched his political material? You should. I don't want to mis-quote Carlin either. It's been a few years since I've watched his stuff.

George Carlin made fun of 'white bourgeois liberals' for their Save The Planet hypochondriac bullshit.

He found enough to shit on in each political party. He was definitely no leftist.

“The habits of liberals, their automatic language, their knee-jerk responses to certain issues, deserved the epithets the right wing stuck them with. I'd see how true they often were. Here they were, banding together in packs, so I could predict what they were going to say about some event or conflict and it wasn't even out of their mouths yet. I was very uncomfortable with that. Liberal orthodoxy was as repugnant to me as conservative orthodoxy.”

I probably should. I just like his stand up.

Commies wake people up because they want to use them to attack the existing socio-political power structure. Once the commies get in control, they then switch their game to keeping you in a trance.

Prime example is The Daily Show.

Dude watch that special from the '90s, where he's ranting on about how anti-abortion means anti-woman automatically. The dude was a left-wing nut with a handful of good ideas. Just because he found a way to make comedy intellectual doesn't mean that he wasn't a liberal.

He hated leftists, too. Ultra conservatives are just as bad as leftists. They just come from a different direction. Carlin was against authoritarianism, censorship, and political correctness. Authoritarianism is still authoritarianism regardless of which side of the political spectrum it came from. Censorship is still censorship, too.

Can you link me an anti-leftist bit of his? I was a Carlin fan in my teens. I don’t recall anything but shitting on the right as far as his political takes.

You don't get it. He's not anti right or anti left. He's against authoritarianism. It doesn't matter if it comes from the right or the left.

Lol sure

Pro abortion, pro feminism, anti God. Total centrist because he made a joke about environmentalists!

No, you don’t get it. He was anti-America, anti-Christianity, and anti-white people.

What’s next? Are you gonna tell me I don’t get Bill Maher, and that he’s actually a Libertarian?

No, no they're not. Just because Carlin told you so doesn't make it true.

"Ultra conservative" = ISIS.

Imagine taking the old testament as seriously as the new testament and following what is taught in Leviticus. Dont eat shrimp. Dont wear 25% cotton and 75% polyester shirts. Dont rape unless youre prepared to give her dad 50 shekels of silver and marry her if you get caught.

Comparing the conservative right in America to ISIS. Carlin would probably be proud. I don't think ISIS believes in law and order.

Fucking libtardians, I swear.
