He was a complete male feminist, constantly bought into their talking points about how women would be better off ruling the world and blah blah blah. just because he had some good bits on political correctness, and free speech, doesn't mean that he was a right winger or that he would have supported Trump or our movement. In fact, I could see him selling out just as much as the other edgy comedians of his time did.

yep, he fully admits to being a proud hippie that was going against the grain of the 1950s, I can respect that in a way but the extremes of the '60s did not really counteract the extremes of the '50s very well. Just one thing traded for another.
