I’ve been listening to every lawyer I can to clear this stuff up, and I’m just learning now about Pence addressing the disputes before 1/6. I didn’t think the electors were technically even received before then, let alone disputed by Pence or any member of Congress.
I thought I had this shit pretty well figured out, then the 2020 election happened and I realized how ignorant I was to all of this.
So the big Asterisk ** is that the dodgy states can take Mike Pence to SCROTUM and force him to accept the results. But he is assuming SCROTUM isnt getting involved because they are cowardly, they could very well become completely partisan which wouldnt surprise me
