I doubt this goes anywhere. Kemp has to approve the special session for them to even meet. This year has been a real wake up call for how much state legislatures have cucked themselves to an overly strong state executive branch.
I am not sure about that. I’ve heard since Powell’s 1st GA lawsuit that the power was reserved with Kemp exclusively. I didn’t see anything in this post that contradicted that, but that’d be fucking awesome.
