How about this: We tax BIG Pharma, BIG Tech, and BIG retail (who were chosen to be open) for 15% over 4 years. We use that money to CUT taxes to both regular tax paying citizens (over 1 year) and small businesses (over 2-4 years) while providing debt relief to the latter.
PROBLEM SOLVED.
Simple answer... Cut the pay of the legislature. New pay schedule is $3,000/month and for Medical they get Medicare. Problem solved!

I actually would rather have them increase their pay and go on year full vacation, every year. It is when they do something and pass some laws is when US gets in further trouble. Im willing to pay them for doing nothing.
