There is never any real consequences for the left, why would they comply if they don't have to? They operate with impunity. Not only that it buys them more time for more fuckery, so when they are finally actually compelled, they will have covered their tracks in some way. Besides, if they know they are going to be fucked, the penalties for contempt of the subpoena are far less than the sedition charges they would face. They literally have nothing to lose by stonewalling, and no one will likely do a fucking thing about it and they will keep doing it because no one holds them accountable and ther is virtually no penalties.
