Bill Still is normally very careful about sourcing his info. But then I see this video. I wonder why he would put this up with such a weak "paper trail'? He did say "take it for what it's worth". I just thought it out of character for him. (www.youtube.com)

I love his completely deadpan preface:

"...if a recent post by anonymous on 4chan turns out to be reliable."

But who knows in this timeline? It makes as much sense as 7 or more states openly committing fraud in numerous ways and the media racketeering a complete blackout of it. A whole bunch of things that are going on right now are really out there.
