This is my theory. I think the reason he calls it the China virus is because CHINA is the virus. He didn't need the military to transport the vaccine all over the country. /he needed to transport the military all over the country. The vaccine is wiping China influence out of here. Notice Trump brought home all this military from all over the world, and none of them are on leave.
