Dude, fried balogna sandwiches are the balls! Nothing says “I’m nine, it’s Wednesday and dad doesnt get paid ‘til Friday” quite like it. I can just taste the anxiety now.

Did we grow up in the same household?

For real, fried bologna is pretty damn delicious. Even just a bologna sandwich on white bread, with some mustard hits the spot every now and then. Don't be ashamed to eat bologna. There's millions of people worldwide who would kill for a package of bologna. We have it so damn easy here.

I lived in Brazil for some years. One of my favorite foods there was a hot mortadella sandwich, it's basically one inch of fried thin sliced bologna with cheese on a crispy french bread roll. One of the best sandwiches ever. Sao Paulo has the best.
