PC? I’m on pc and the game is great despite a few bugs. The last gen console people got fucked mega hard. Like raw dog style. They deserve refunds.
One of the funniest bugs I’ve had is dropped a body I was carrying and the damn thing exploded into guts and goo. I giggled a lot lmao. Oh another good one was watching a t-pose npc climb down a ladder. Good times
And the worst bugs I’ve gotten are that every time I start the game johnny repeats a line and the subtitle glues to screen. Gotta shut off subtitles and turn back on to get rid of. Another one is if you go through beaded curtains the “jingle” sound sticks permanently to your clothes. You have to take all clothes off, save, turn off game, reload and reequip clothes.
Yep. PC. I use GeforceNow for better graphics:)
The game is amazing, and I don't mind the bugs. The story, the acting, the action and the world are top notch!
I've been pretty lucky bug wise (PC). A few quests where the "wait" prompt didn't come up (fixed by reloading) and a few odd graphic glitches but otherwise no real problems.
Plying on pc and its awesome! Sure, it shouldn't even be available on last Gen systems, but come on people, did you really think your last gen console was gonna handle this beast?
Some are for sure, I have an xbone elite and it handles it really well for it's age. There's a few loading issues, but nothing game breaking. It's still better than most Bethesda games on release.
That’s what I was screaming: Diablo 1, Diablo 3, Fallout 3, Fallout new Vegas, fallout 4, fallout 76 (lol), morrowind, oblivion, Skyrim, Witcher , Witcher 2, Witcher 3, and others I’m sure. All “western” style rpgs that launched with lots of bugs and instability. I don’t know if anyone here remembers playing Diablo 1 on PlayStation 1 but wow, what a nightmare lol. But I was just happy to have it.
I want games to improve and release with more stability, but the idea that they’ll be perfect is silly. Fallout 76 wouldn’t be as hated if it wasn’t a mix of bugs / empty content / no story / shitty live service scheme. If it was solid in every aspect but was really buggy, it’d be more popular than it is. See all other Bethesda games like you said.
PS1 Diablo was so frustrating, but it was a precursor to what home consoles would be capable of. I also love that you left Diablo 2 off the list, because that game was nearly flawless for its time. And New Vegas was the biggest mess upon release that I've ever played, and nothing has topped it yet.
