Usually, a family is the most that is associated with one phone number, maybe up to 6 for a land-line. On the other end some people have multiple phone numbers, for instance one private and one for their business.

What Piton is pointing out is that there seems to be some phone numbers with THOUSANDS of people tied to them, and 1 in particular has over 23k people tied to it. Its kind of tough for him to explain with the character limit but there you go. Its another argument that there were many fraudulent votes.

if that phone number with 23k people is 123-456-7890 then his analysis will lose a bit of its bite cuz thats just a bunch of people saying fuck you i'm not telling you my number on whatever form these come from

yeah, but if they put it on their voter registration and then signed it confirming it to be a true statement on a legal document, congrats, you just broke a law.
