I have been trying for years to prove it is somewhere less than 100%, but this morning after the $900B plan was passed, it was thus proven in nature 100% is theft.
They have never "won" any election. They have never passed any law that was not serving their interests. They cheat and get "elected" and then go on to pass laws they get all the money from. Then they rig more elections. Personally, I want to see them ALL hang after being convicted by a court, preferably a Military Tribunal
