Basically what libertarians have been saying. Although as a longtime libertarian I now would support a total ban of all communist countries from doing business in the USA so I guess I've changed.
Yes the libertarian value set just needs a little redefining and it works well with nationalism.
Crossing borders = A transgression against the property of the USA. A transgression against US citizens in general.
Communist countries = Human rights abusers, destroyers of freedom.
Businesses who support communist countries = Enabling the destruction of freedom
I do think many libertarians should/would get this. But I'm not sure. To me, I never stopped feeling like a libertarian but these things just seem common sense in the illuminating light that is 2020.

You could also just be a common sense nationalist and say only US citizens and companies can own US property and still support every libertarian value
