Shutting down small businesses for 9 months was the Dems plan for making everyone reliant on the government, mission accomplished. This is just a fuck you to those whose livlehood was destroyed by the politically imposed shutdown.
Be glad you are still making your salary in this climate, many who were doing well before this bullshit, have been living of their savings for 9 months, and are starting to run dry. People who were not as fortunate, and just scraping by, have been living on credit cards the last 9 months
My original business is down to ZERO because of this Covid Bullshit. My wife's job is gone as is that of 200 of her co-workers.
I was semi-fortunate, in that I was able to get an EIDL loan and started a brand new business that is doing semi-OK (technically new branch of my old business with a completely new product line). But I am pretty sure my old business and the $100k+ in inventory I have is gone for good
This is what freaks me out. The lock downs have no fucking end in sight. Eventually, you can't live on credit cards anymore. Then what? Millions of people default on their loans? Because that's total economic collapse.
Yep, and the government is running out of arrows in their quiver. They can't keep printing money forever. In 2016, when President Trump took over, the federal government was already spending $500 billion per year just on servicing its debt.
There is no longer a way out. the debt is to massive to "outgrow" and increasing taxes will only have the opposite effect.
The only endgame is printing more money and massively devaluing the dollar, or defaulting on government debt, which will have the same effect

And the NATURAL cycle repeats itself. That is normal .
It should feel that way...because that's exactly what is happening.
