I am livid. This is an insult. It's like leaving a waitress a ten cent tip. It's more of a fuck you than if they had done nothing at all. They act like Americans are just a bunch of poverty-stricken whores who can't figure out "thinking".
It is worse than that. They are giving me only $600 of what they took from me already. It would be like reaching into the waitress' purse, pulling out $10 and giving her back $0.05 of that money.
