Actually they already spent the money they took from us. This $600 is coming out of thin air just like the rest of the stimulus. Turning the dollar into toilet paper is what solved our toilet paper crisis earlier this year.
This will lead to a world-wide economic depression. I've finally made around 23k savings over the past ~3 years (yes, that's the result of working in Germany as a programmer with a median salary while having minimal to moderate expenses).
All of that is going to become toilet paper eventually. I need to convert it before it loses its value. Something I can touch, carry around and sell without losing too much value in the process. Or Bitcoin maybe... I don't know.
