Classic story of when a man is pushed too far. They screwed him out of his business property through the powers of government and he took matters into his own hands.
When you exhaust every peaceful recourse for your grievances and they keep fucking you harder and harder and you lose what you spent your whole life building.
Steppers would be wise to learn the moral of this story.
Only one life was lost that day, and it was taken by force from Marvin well before he burst through the wall of his humble muffler shop. He was a man pushed too far by business, lawyers, judges, zoning commissioners, state representatives and their greed. He lost his business and his very way of life was destroyed.
He tried going the proper channels but the system was rigged and stacked against him. After all legal paths were exhausted, he spent the next year of his life using his life hardened and honed skills welding sheets of steel to his dozer. A machine that was originally purchased with the intent of building a road to his business, would now be outfitted for a new purpose, to teach greedy arrogant men, that actions have consequences.
Marvin mounted cameras and guns to it. Installed fans, air conditioners, compressed air to clear debris from the cameras, and even greased up the out side sheets of metal to prevent people from climbing on.
Once the dozer was completed, Marvin took out his revenge on the system that was stacked against him. His only tragets were the judges, lawyers and business buildings of those that destroyed his life. The media called him a terrorist, but he was just a normal man pushed to his limits until he decided to push back. His solo manned mission to teach life lessons to the corrupt, caused the city that ruined his life over 7 million dollars in damages.
They later found his final message,
I was always willing to be reasonable until I had to be unreasonable. Sometimes reasonable men must do unreasonable things."
His story is a good reminder of what normal men pushed to their breaking point are capable of. More so than ever, the powers that be may need to be reminded again, what normal men pushed to their limits are capable of.
I'm almost at this point. Wish I had a fucking dozer. I'm losing my apt this month and have been stealing food to feed myself recently all so Pelosi didn't have to give Trump a win. I saw that video and I saw what she said about this new bill taking so long and science and all that horseshit. I'm fucking done with it!
Yea, i've done it before when I was a teenager and had nowhere to go but this time is hitting a whole lot worse. I was doing GREAT prior to the lockdowns. I wasn't anywhere too comfortable but I was better off, financially, than I had ever been in my life. I was stoked, it looked like this year was gonna be the year I could afford to get everyone something for Christmas(I've got five sisters and they always grab me something. Not to mention their husbands, long-term boyfriends, and children keep multiplying but this year I was gonna be able to handle everyone!) Then COVID comes along and the lockdowns happen and I got lucky and found work two states away on a farm and did that while sending money home for rent. Figured my city would be open by the time the work dried up there but boy, was I wrong. Missed out on the federal unemployment and state unemployment hasn't come in in months and they haven't replied to any emails i've sent them. It's all fucked up. I'm more angry than anything.
I was in a similar boat most of this year. Luckily for me my job is big enough that it survived the shut down. Im not sure if it can survive another if Cuomo locks us down. If you were in New York I'd happily drive to you and bring you all kinds of food from my job.
Is there a stay on evictions in California? It's ridiculous what's happening to you and so many others. I wish I could send you a few bucks but I'm living check to check as it is with these minimal hours I get.
These people destroyed our lives because they want orange man bad out of office. I will not forget this. None of us should.
I'm in Philadelphia, not CA. Fuck California. We've been locked down so tight that all of the neighborhood businesses are closing for good. Everyone seems so content with it too, that's the weird thing. I don't see anyone that looks like they're feeling it but maybe that's because all these people I see from up here in my old factory are people that are moving in to brand new townhomes and condos during the pandemic.
and it didn't even kill anyone!
It's a shame he got stuck on a floor that buckled under it's weight. Any future dozers out there take note.
Next killdozer needs to be able to fly :D
Flying killdozers!
i mean there's nothing stopping someone from buying consumer drones and doing minecraft stuff with them
Did the driver survive?
Shot himself. Part of the plan.
Went out like a man. On his terms

It's almost like parallels could be drawn to the current election situation. Almost...
I've been killdozer pissed since March
The picture is in reference to what is now known as the "killdozer", Marvin Heemeyer.

Here is his story from his point of view from his own recordings.
Small nitpik - the main part of the dozer's armor was lowered onto it by a crane he operated remotely. Once the armor was on, he was in there forever
That's not a nitpick, it's a fact. He was 100% determined to convey his message to those that wouldn't hear him peacefully.
F's in chat for heemeyer

Try to maintain your composure fren. I know it's hard. I've been homeless many years ago. I know what it's like. Stay strong.
