Had an interesting question a fren asked -
What is the closest to D.C. that one can approach (assuming lawful intent) W/ .......
Body armor
Plate carriers
Helmets ballistic
Mace
Signs
Flags with a poles
And/ also....
Concealed weapon w permit from home state - assuming in car carry or reciprocity issues
Long guns - ( again closest geolocation where this is NOT in violation of ANY local or federal laws.)
AKA - what is the far side of the rubicon before you cross any legal boundaries? THIS IS FOR INFORMATION proposes ONLY.
I’m hearing a lot of dumbass shit and I suggest that someone with expertise make a short lawyer response to possession of ANY of the above up to and then including a weapon and proximity to dc.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO AND DO NOT BREAK THE LAW!!!

I was asking this the other day , and never got anything. Will be looking this afternoon / tomorrow to see what I can find.
Phone books make nice armor. Think outside the box.
Consider MD and DC essentially the same, 2A law-wise. VA is a different beast - open carry is legal and cc permits are reciprocal. There have been some recent changes in laws in counties along the Potomac which may affect legal carry, but you want to check on these. (Cuck counties becoming more restrictive).
The closest you can get is the VA side of the Potomac River, next to a bridge - Chain Bridge, 14th St Bridge, Memorial and Key Bridges. As soon as you get on the bridge, I believe (don't quote me), then you are on DC property, as the DC boundaries extend to the VA side of the river. Also, there are a couple patches of land north of DCA which are in VA, but because of creeks, they fall into DC and can be governed under DC law.
Body armor is legal in DC unless you are a felon.
Hope this helps.
Excellent - thank you
^^*MORE OF THIS PLEASE^^^
Law? Those don’t exist anymore.
Starting a fight from the bottom of a hill is not a fight - it is a barrel. Go get shot in it LARPing tiny.
If you want to go DEMONSTRATE then go to DC.
If you want to FIGHT then Don’t be and idiot. There will be no armed fight in DC - it a demonstration. Don’t get yourself arrested for nothing.
A jet flyover is a demonstration
A jet air strike is a use of force.
They are two completely different mission profiles that are conducted entirely differently.
