Unfortunately, that's not up to Pence. It is complete non-sense that the current VP has the power to single-handedly overturn the election for his president. You need the majority of the Senate and the House to agree not to certify, which considering how many Republican senators have accepted Biden as president already, it'll be impossible for that to happen.
None of the electors are contested. Every state certified their electors and were signed off by their respective governors. Yes, the GOP sent their own electorate list, but literally ANYONE can send their own list. They don't mean shit unless signed by the governor. Also take note that the GOP said they were sending their own list to "keep open all legal avenues", meaning in case a court overturns the results (and we know how badly that's going so far).
I'm not trying to be a doomer. I'm simply trying to correct the information you have. A simple search of how January 6 works will give you the correct answer. Our ACTUAL only hope is if a court overturns the results between now and then.
To everyone saying how this can be useful, no it won't be useful in a court. The courts are full of shit.
What it will be useful for is for Pence to reject the Electoral College and give Trump a win from a majority of states that did the election properly.

Right, but what I've heard is that he can reject states that have not met their requirements of an uncontested electorate by the date.

With the contested electors, what we're counting on is the Legislatures uncucking by Jan 6 and officially endorsing these electors.
The electors can come from the Governor OR the State Legislature.
With the protests starting up, there will hopefully be enough pressure on these legislatures.
