Protecting life is good of course. But leftist's children tend to be leftist. Less of them, the better the country becomes. The prosperity also has value. Plus not paying for taxpayer child support, welfare after the child grow up. Lefty are shitty parents mostly. Even shittier when they dont want the child. The child most likely will grow up as a miserable person supporting socialism.

I'm a God fearing man, but honestly, I have a hard time taking a position fully either way without including other conditions and solutions. Life is precious and should be protected. On the other hand countless babies born into family-less lives of poverty, sadness and intrusive govt oversight is not a good thing either. If you can figure out the later then yes I'd feel much better about tighter restrictions on abortions.
