I have been leaning more heavily towards the idea that Wood is throwing a lot of claims out there in order to get a defamation lawsuit against himself that allows for discovery in which he is able to get hands on with actual data (servers, emails, machines, etc). I'm not saying this tactic isn't potentially useful, but I no longer think he's working with much more information than what we have already seen.
I hope I'm wrong, because if he actually has more information, then this is already over. But if I'm right, I'm okay with his tactics.
The claim has been the Democrats have dirt on him that could ruin his career/reputation so he votes for them.
But if Lin Wood has the same info, now Roberts has to decide if he's actually going to get burned by the "right" (Wood) for not voting for the Republicans.
Lin Wood is more rogue than Democrats... I'd make the right decision on the election fraud lawsuit.
I've considered the risks that he might be taking. If he truly believes in his cause (which I think he does), I think he might take that risk. We have a lot of evidence of these claims on TDW, and I think he has enough that we've already seen to say that he has good reason to believe the claims he is making.
My overall point is that I'm just not sure that he has more information than most of us do. Every time I read through one of these lawsuits, I don't see anything new.
But, I might be wrong, and I will happily acknowledge it if he proves me wrong.

As a MAJOR defamation/libel/slander lawyer, he knows the rules about what to say and how to phrase it. I don’t believe he has said anything he cannot prove. When he cannot prove it, he speculates “I’ve often wondered”.
As for Dominion, they have the goods and Dominion won’t act because it opens up discovery. Same with Kemp and Rattsburger, or whatever his name is.
I'm going to say this with the assumption that Wood is not bluffing. And I don't know enough to be able to tell if he is or is not bluffing.
You can't release this information right now. No matter how much we want to see it, it just can't happen. Why not? Because do you want to have Biden appoint 2 justices this January? Until you can be certain that Trump will be the one replacing them, you don't give Biden 2 scotus appointments. A compromised Roberts will give you at least a fraction of what you want. A Biden appointed justice will give you 0% of what you want. Stephen Breyer is 100x the justice of sotomayor and kagan. Which isn't very hard but it is still something. His replacement will be worse.
If that documentation boils down to nothing more than the flight logs that merely list a John Roberts that wasn't even on the Lolita island manifest then Lin has absolutely nothing.
