Durham's original scope didn't limit him to just spygate stuff.... he was allowed to follow any avenue that popped up and since the Ukrainian stuff was heavily involved and that directly ties into the hunter stuff...... It doesn't take much first grade math or figuring to see how it would be very possible that that may be included....
