Nothing entertains me. I've tried drowning myself in games I enjoy and there's no good feelings at all. I can't. They've ruined everything. They've taken everything and they're telling me I am required to like it.

Consider joining local proud boys, working out in your house/on your lawn, or going door-to-door looking for people to join an exercise group. Push-ups, sit-ups, curls, jumping jacks, sprinting, jogging, until you can't think straight from tiredness. Physical exercise works as an outlet for pent-up frustration.
