Our enemies totally exploit these religious ideas. I see it online and on TV every single day how people's fears and hopes about religion are exploited. You would think that decade after decade of seeing political events play out and Jesus doesn't arrive out of the clouds with flaming sword drawn, people would stop knee-jerking "It's the second coming!" but no ... The reason? They WANT the Apocalypse. They are so miserable or scared or dissatisfied with the evil crap on earth they want a world disaster and then to be rescued by a supernatural being. So it's mainly wishful thinking. Every religious group has prophecies that they try to assign to every world event, year after year, century after century. I'm not saying prophecies are all false. But It's tiring to watch this religious escapism and it keeps people from doing real practical and useful things to fix some of these problems. The Deep State exploits it, particularly with the endless wars for Israel's benefit. And don't think some of these TV preachers aren't PAID to spout the more political elements of their sermons. I bet many of them take a handsome sum $$$ to "preach" things that soften people up for more war or other government tactics that aren't good or necessary.
