Simple answer... Cut the pay of the legislature. New pay schedule is $3,000/month and for Medical they get Medicare. Problem solved!

I agree 100% however NOBODY listens to We The People... I’d say it’s looking more and more like a revolt needs to happen. They govern us, not work for our best interests.
