Fraud, that's how.
For reference, in those same 4 years the population of Boulder county has increased by 6506, so there is no way population growth accounts for the discrepancy.

I'm sure this is old news to many people on this site, but I wanted to post in hopes it might help a newcomer understand. This is the kind of fraud they perpetrated all over the country. It wasn't "vote fraud", it was Election Fraud. They didn't corrupt a vote here or there, they wholesale violated the integrity of the entire process.
And we can't get a court to hear the case, in Colorado or anywhere else.
Yep. I have no doubt the same thing happened in AZ along with a lot of other fuckery. But since I have been fighting in vain to get the public records for the 2020 election from my county since mid November with no success, I can't determine the specific fuckery that occurred here.
Maricopa is still more fraudulent than Pima, but not by much.
There’s a moratorium on building in Boulder. No new land can have housing. They are scraping off old shit and putting up apartment buildings , but all of them combined didn’t add that many units. They have, however, embraced illegal aliens. I wouldn’t doubt they let them vote en masse.
Great find! CO is incredibly corrupt since going mail in voting.
