No, I think most Trump supporters knew that Trump would easily win in November and then the gloves would come off. All Trump would have had to do to completely fuck over the traitors is impose sanctions on China and watch them all writhe around like they got splashed with holy water as their bribes vanish.
I don't think anyone thought they would have the balls to blatantly steal an election in front of everyone's faces and dare anyone to do anything about it. We talk about how Russia collusion and the impeachment was a coup but I don't think anyone took it seriously. The election thing and the attempt to pretend it didn't happen is a coup.

I'm guessing that the damage and pain hadn't hit enough people then. Many thought it was over because summer was here. Many states were opening and things were starting to look better. Then the left turned the volume up to 11 in the last month or so. They have no cause to do this and none of it is based on scientific data. If lockdowns work there would be evidence of that. If masks work, there would be evidence of that and not just FauXi saying it every day on CNN.
Instead, all we have is corrupt leftist health directors imposing this on their communities and the MEDIA pushing the narrative every single day. It's non-stop and now people are really starting to feel the pain. They don't have an income and their livelihoods are being destroyed. These local and state leaders are playing a VERY dangerous game because folks who have nothing to lose will come after them personally.
