Far fewer than 300 million are eligible. I don't think they are giving $600 for children under 18. There are at least 70 million under 18, so max is 280 million. Of those there would a whole bunch of people making way more than the 99k requirement, so even fewer than 280 million.

You know what’s frustrating? Last stimulus they left out college-aged citizens. So illegals will get $1800, college students nothing?
