Not true. You shouldn't have to pull out the constitution to know that this doesn't make sense. one of the people sitting in power gets to decide which votes to count which could affect whether he remains in power or not? That's stupid. Our founders were geniuses and they put that in place? They put checks and balances in the court system in state legislatures to prevent such fraud from ever making it to this point. our country is so full of weaklings and so corrupt that these checks and balances didn't do their job.

The House of Representatives and Senate have to disagree. This happens if the majority in one and a majority in the other vote opposing electors. At that point the tiebreaker goes to the state's governor with the contested electors. NOT Mike pence, because again, you're going to ask the guy sitting in power to choose votes that will affect whether or not he stays in power?

That state governor breaks the tie. These state governors already rushed to certify the fraudulent electors and vote. In many cases they went around the state legislatures months and months ago to enshrine the fraud in the law. They're not going to go against themselves now. We can flood their emails and phone lines, but I doubt it'll matter. They're elitist. By definition they don't care what we think.

this idea that pence gets to decide which votes to count is bull crap and I believe is being spread to sew seeds of division when he counts to votes. The VP counting is a procedural thing. He doesn't have any power in it. people will be up in arms saying he betrayed the president and stabbed him in the back because they've been reading two of these posts a day on here and on kook lunatic sites like bitchute.
