What the hell is going on in this country we had reservations at the Hyatt Regency right by the capital for the fifth through the seventh they canceled our reservations last night at 1:30 in the morning. So I got a hold of them today and they said they were shut down completely. I mean what the duck is going on. Anyone else had there’s canceled? Now what the hell am I supposed to do with plane tickets and no place to stay.

From the dc metro area. The mayor made an announcement Friday or Saturday that all restaurants & bars were to go on full lockdown for the next three weeks. It’s likely that they will try to shut the whole city down, metro included. If you stay in northern Virginia, you can walk to downtown DC even if the metro gets closed. Not sure what they can do if people start camping on the national mall... it should be federal property not DC property.
