It's unlikely. The more likely candidate is the triple conjunction of Jupiter over Regulus in 3 BC, and then 9 months later the conjunction of Jupiter and Venus in 2 BC.

I disagree that it refers to Revelation 12.
Revelation 12:1-6 is the Messiah, while some may think the woman refers to Mary, but actually refers to Judah. The astrological event of the woman [Virgo or virgin] clothed in the sun with the moon at her feet happened in 3 BC. Exactly prior to it Jupiter crowned Regulus in a triple conjunction.
The following 12:7-17 is the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple.
