Yea I didn’t read anything that would restrict people’s reaction and how this would ban infowars for example. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong but it seems aimed towards people illegally streaming live sports, etc...not people reacting to videos.
Most copyright claims on youtube are BS, either algorithm detected or fake companies trolling making claims on random videos to steal a couple days ad revenue until it's overturned.
Imagine if activity similar to that results in auto felony charges against conservatives. That's not too far down the slippery slope from here. The new Obama-IRS scheme just rehashed with a new veneer.
I think anytime laws are not crystal clear, people will naturally avoid a situation altogether. While it may not outright ban the streaming it will render some unsure, and they won't enter the proverbial arena.
Would not effect fair use Law ? As far as I could tell it is more for stopping people restreaming live news or sports . Shes still a cunt though .
