I believe your right... From what I read of it I think it's just saying you can not steam LIVE EVENTS ... I think this is to cut down on how many people are pointing out that Trump gets thousands more views for just waving to the crowd than Biden gets at his press conferences.... They also don't want the Trump rallies to be broadcast and they FOR SURE don't want the 6th to be broadcast!
