They are simply creating/reinforcing a power structure that cannot be questioned. Many business owners are now out of cash, they won't be running for office. People are out of work, no cash.
So now, the only people making money are government employees that lie, cheat, and manipulate the system to their gain while putting on a show that they're operating in the public's best interest.
The only thing happening is the complete erasure of future political competition or the accumulation of wealth. It's a massive power grab at the expense of everybody else.
It will force people to either play this insidious government game as their only life option, or not. If not, they won't be able to legitimately operate on the free market because it simply won't be allowed and/or they won't be able to shoulder the start-up costs.
The Sudan stimulus bill is just an even bigger "fuck you" to American Citizens. This is what they want. They want to help every other country, and leave you picking up the bill, and the scraps, like a beggar. They're eliminating the private citizens' ability to provide for themselves and their families, while donating America's wealth elsewhere.
