I walked George through one of our intergalactic portals to Zerbika12, once hoping to disillusion him to his stupid motives. I showed him the flying cars, the hyperdrive spaceships, whatever you could ever want, you can have it here, and we have hundreds of these planets. But no, his head was so far up his ass about the Earth. If he wanted to legit conquer a planet, he could have taken some drones to one of the thousands of primitive worlds and play Godzilla all he wanted. But no, it must be Earth, the one place the Immortal Royal Parliament decreed that we would use for hatching, educating, experimenting, and observing. Mammals are fun to watch; I hate to say it.
So, where was I? Yes, George, he decided he would rule the surface world, and in the early 1900s, he took a skin suit to the surface and decided to play little boy Nazi, not even a fun one, just a rat. A sympathetic lackey. As a lizard, you can only imagine how gross it is to a lizard to watch another of our kind grovel to some mammal for a promotional venture. Btw the Nazis Japan WWII, it was partially our fault. We introduced amphetamines to the world to increase the speed of industrialization, and you apes could not fucking handle it. Here is the thing, when a Lizard gets over-involved with the mammal world, especially going against our collective lizard designs, we decide that they get to be just another mammal, and the skinsuit becomes permanent. You can tell which one of you was a lizard once by the ball sacks under their eyes, a purposefully designed feature on the skinsuits.
Permanently imprisoned in a skinsuit, the newly minted mammal gets ball sacks under their eyes to debase them every time they investigate a mirror or glimpse their reflection. Mammals used to be very cruel about making fun of it too.
