I didn't like this stance by Jenna. She is a bright lawyer but she said her reason was it sets precedence. Lincoln did it already. We've had martial law 60 times. I'm not saying its our only option...maybe he has some wicked plan and he doesn't have to. Maybe again, she is misdirecting. I wish I knew. but the fact she said it sets precedence and that's not a good idea is a real off way to present her argument IMO. Also if nothing else works and if it's his only card left??!!??
