I think it looks like her, same build, same eyebrow shape. Unfortunately can't see if her eyes are blue. Hair is parted different so it's hard to match the hairline. This would be difficult to cover up.
I saw a video of her being interviewed saying she just faints whenever she gets the slightest bit of pain. Obviously this could be a lie but she's not dead as far as I know, lol.
