They're waiting until all electoral votes are transmitted to Pence on wed. Pence has the ability to reject and demand that state legislatures remedy potential fraudulent votes. Obviously it doesn't make sense for them to let slip the evidence they have until the last second. Lest it be countered, etc.
I don't think that makes much sense. In fact I know it a horrible idea and I doubt this is the case. My gut feeling is they are rehashing what they already have and this is damage control because of what Byrne did.
But what they do have is astonishing amounts of evidence. It's kinda laughable at this point. Trump is getting screwed and so is everyone who voted for him. They are basically saying fuck you to America.

It’s literally law for the Vice President to address any potentials for fraud.
