Well, she won’t get sued. And if they do, they’ll make sure it’s after Inauguration Day. In any case, they lose as Trump’s going to be there + fraud proven.

They WILL sue and they’ll likely rope Wood into it as well. That doesn’t mean they’ll have to offer up anything in discovery. They have every Federal bureau and every mainstream media outlet fighting for them.

they won't sue, they filed the complaint so they could plaster it all over social media to prove to their audience that the accusations were untrue. Rebuttal will get zero coverage for their base unless the Lin Wood response goes viral (hint hint)

Unfortunately, the distribution has been going on for a long time.. I would love to see how many other countries have budgets that give foreign countries anywhere near the amount we do. And how do these countries repay us?

Would love it to happen, but it was a bluff. No way they let us look under the hood. Hell, bureaucrats in arizona are breaking the law in order to keep it all hidden from the public

Due to the discovery aspect they likely wont follow through but want to be seen as defending the company image or at least pose a legal threat i think.. but who knows maybe they will follow thrupugh.

There is something else that has been really bothering me with these cases though.

In one of Sidney's there is an entirely fabricated quote from another case she references to support her case, and we're not talking made a bad cut n paste, we're talking completely made up from another lawsuit that doesnt even really relate at all but the fabricated quote tries to make it sound like it does.

This isnt the first little fubar with court docs either, there is many with typos and other weird quirks and i was initially thinking it was either/or a combo of time constraints and possibly one of her staff intentionally setting her up for failure... but even then it just didnt seem right. These are too kinda obvious and too frequent.

Like it was getting to the point that questions were starting to be raised as to whether formal discipline should be taken against her and fines / losing licence etc.

But what if THAT was the plan.. to intentionally file dodgy stuff to either test whether the judges were even reading and ruling on what was supplied... or here is the cRAZy tHeOrY part...what if it was to force a disciplinary hearing? And force the judges along in front of the panel too?

I dunno, i know its far fetched and crazy talk.

I also dont know enough about the bar or disciplinary hearings to even know who would be on the panel let alone whether the judges would be even forced along or not.

I have a feeling nothing good would but from it but hey.. whats one more crazy theory thrown into the Kraken pot eh? :)

This one is tame compared to some of the other rumours / theories ive seen floating about.. but its still way out there on the crazy scale :)
