1st time post. Lurker. Non-Trump voter. Common-sense American here who has followed a trail of bread crumbs ever since Election Day and successively tuned out news sources that lie about provable facts. I ended up here.
It’s funny. Prior to election, I kept up with the “standard” MSM sides, and the biases became a sort of comfortable change of clothes. Predictable. Fox/Breitbart tended to be much more accurate over the past several years, but occasionally NYT/Wapo would provide a useful reality check (in my opinion).
After the election, something very strange happened. The Uniparty became absolutely clear to me for the first time. In most previous circumstances, if I apprehended an obvious lie, I would simply accept that as part of the game, then consult another news source to flesh out the context. We all have bias.. blah blah but read widely and you’ll be OK, right?
Apparently, not any more. If, after an election, there is an unmistakable, jet-engine-loud, vociferous, and robust election challenge underway, there simply is no such thing as an undisputed “President-Elect.”
I am no genius. But I know this: if an election challenge occurs, it must be followed to conclusion, whether the challenger’s views align with my own or not. The minute there is a concession, then: yes, we now have a “President-Elect.” But not a minute sooner. I thought (naively) this was a common understanding.
So WHY has EVERY SINGLE major news outlet converged on the same obvious, provable, factually indisputable LIE that a President-Elect exists at all? We don’t have one yet.
Sorry to ramble on, but that’s what got me here. I’m not stupid enough to believe the media “serves” me, but never have I seen every outlet simultaneously take such a dive. When I am fed such an obvious lie from all angles, it is so repulsive to me that I am required to switch up.
And now for why I am posting right here, right now. Although I’m not a Trump voter, I’m generally a supporter of a good direction for our country. Trump’s done a fine job as far as I can tell. But it’s so clear this guy got robbed on Election night.
The “centrist” part of me can step back and say.... yes, there’s election fraud always. This time I could even make a case for extra motive and extra opportunity... gets you a little further. And I myself believe this was a stolen election. But how to convince “fence-sitters”?
I’ll be honest, I agree with the direction of many of the stat people but take issue with details (e.g., how do you know the Edison data is supposed to be regular? It’s taken as axiomatic, and therefore not compelling, even though I believe the conclusion).
But this Matt Braynard post is the end.
If this keeps going, that’s it. This is how Trump wins.
I don’t know if I’m adding any value to this site at all, but just know that if I could give this a thousand thumbs up I would. This is undeniable truth. This is what is needed to convince right”-ish” moderate... all the people you may even hate, to get on board as far as restoring real elections. It’s sickening to look at this.
This isn’t someone’s opinion. It’s data from an actual list of counted, tabulated votes. And for Americans from all sides of the aisle it simply says, “TRUMP WON THE REAL VOTE.”
Post more of these, and my confidence goes waaay up that it’s over for Biden.
Thank you. I shared your comment with Matt and his team.
Keep an eye out for more news on Twitter and share it with others, there are many more states about to drop.
