It used to be this way...at least in the U.S. you need years of counseling before you get snipped. This is just the new unnecessary surgery to get paid. Appalling. And these are the wannabe "technocrats" who would lord it over us too.

There's some progress actually. Alberta stopped paying for the surgery a few years ago.
