The bill is totally out of left field, so I get the demoralization aspect of it. I very much appreciate OP pointing out the pocket veto and your answer about when the 10 days start. With each new twist to the maze I realize just how incredibly intelligent POTUS and those who are closest to him must be to have sorted this all out in advance. Thank you for the encouragement!
